Creative hair design in a fun and relaxing atmosphere. Cindy Lopez, owner and hair stylist, opened Azure Salon in 2006 in the tranquil upper part of Piedmont Avenue in Oakland. Art is important in both hair styling and inspiration. Our walls rotate eye candy displays of local artists.
